Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Dualbound: Order vs Chaos game for Android. By playing the game you agree to them.
Using the game
Dualbound: Order vs Chaos is free to download and play for your own, non-commercial use. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or its art, sell anything from it, or try to cheat, disrupt or interfere with the game or its ads.
Ads
The game shows ads served by Google AdMob: rewarded ads you choose to watch, and full-screen ads that sometimes appear between games. A reward is given only when a rewarded ad is watched to the end; none is given if an ad fails to load or is closed early. We do not choose what individual ads say, and we are not responsible for products, services or dealings with third parties you reach through them.
No purchases
The game sells nothing for real money. Stars, tickets, gear and other items earned in the game have no money value, cannot be bought with money and cannot be exchanged for money.
Your progress
Progress is stored only on your phone. Uninstalling the game, clearing its storage or changing phones deletes it, and we keep no copy, so we cannot restore it. Use the backup in the game’s settings to keep your own copy.
Changes to the game
We may update, change or remove features, levels, items, prices and balance at any time, and we may stop offering the game. If we stop offering it, the game already on your phone may keep working, but we cannot promise that.
No warranty
The game is provided “as is” and “as available”. We try to keep it working, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, PASSYOU Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damage, or for loss of progress or data, arising from using the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes to these terms
If these terms change, this page will be updated and the effective date above will change. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
